Job Description Job/Group Overview:

The Middle Office, as part of the Operations division, works daily and closely with the front office, the back office, and overseas offices. It functions like the hub of a wheel, serving as the focal point for the company’s information and processes.

Specifically, its primary role is to ensure trades agreed by the front office are reflected in the company’s systems quickly and accurately, thereby maintaining a sound control environment. In addition to being a trusted business partner to the front office, the Middle Office also acts as a check from a risk-management perspective by providing appropriate advice when necessary, helping to maximize the business’s competitive strength.
