Middle School Spanish/French Instructional Assistant

The Instructional Assistant works within Middle School Spanish and French classrooms at Singapore American School (SAS) to support the learning, safety, and emotional well‑being of students. The following are examples of tasks performed, not an exhaustive list.

• Assist teacher(s) in delivery of the Spanish and French curriculum and planned activities.
• Interact with and guide students during teacher‑planned activities, including times of brief teacher absence.
• Assist teacher(s) in monitoring student learning progress using appropriate tools and software as instructed.
• Assist teacher(s) in conceiving and creating teaching materials to enhance the learning experience.
