REQUIREMENTS

3+ years or more experience in a digitally-focused UX/UI design role Strong portfolio of work Strong communication, leadership and management skills Ability to work autonomously and and as part of a team Experience conducting design sprints or workshops with clients Up to date knowledge of current web design trends and techniques Proficient in user-centred design methodologies and design thinking Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (focusing on Adobe XD) and MS Office Basic HTML and CSS knowledge Understanding of marketing and digital strategy, UI, UX and information architecture Designing with usability/information architecture in mind
