Purpose of RoleThe Mid‑Market Opening Agent is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities within the Mid‑Market team. This role plays a key part in the early stages of the sales process, focusing on proactive outbound engagement with prospective customers to understand their energy needs, challenges, and readiness to engage.
