Mid-Market Investment Banking Analyst Co-op

We are looking for a Co‑op Analyst to join our Mid‑Market Investment Banking team focused on M&A advisory for privately‑owned Canadian companies valued between $10 million and $150 million.

Responsibilities

• Assist Analysts, Associates, and senior bankers in executing all facets of the group’s mandates.
• Research industries, potential buyers, and public valuation metrics.
• Build in‑depth financial models of acquisitions and recapitalizations.
• Help prepare extensive written documents, including business development proposals and confidential information memorandums.
• Receive exposure to senior bankers and one‑on‑one mentoring throughout the 4‑month term.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program and expected to return to full‑time studies after the term.
