Mid-Level Scheduler - Portland OR

We’re seeking a Mid-Level Scheduler to join our Portland, OR team supporting the ODOT ADA Delivery Program. This Delivery Program is a statewide, multi-year initiative to bring pedestrian curb ramps into compliance with ADA standards by 2032. The work spans planning, design, construction, and closeout across a geographically dispersed portfolio. Jacobs provides technical support and owner’s representative services, helping ODOT strengthen program delivery through planning, program controls, data management, risk management, reporting, technical leadership, design reviews, and project delivery oversight. You’ll help maintain the integrated program schedule, validate project information, and prepare recurring forecasts and reports. The role requires disciplined P6 and data management skills, clear communication, and traceable reporting.
