Mid-Level Litigation Lawyer

Our global law firm client is thriving in Canada. To address a particular gap, the firm is looking to add a commercial litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial litigation/arbitration with experience in cross-border disputes including class action defense, fraud and recovery matters and appellate advocacy. The keys to success in this role are strong advocacy skills, excellent drafting and communication skills and the desire to work as part of a hard-working team.
