**Job Description**

This role supports the end-to-end production of drug‑loaded polymer microspheres used in medical devices. You will prepare and handle chemical solutions, operate specialized manufacturing and laboratory equipment, perform in‑process inspections, and maintain accurate documentation in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. The position follows a structured weekday schedule with defined shifts and requires strict adherence to safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Support the preparation, mixing, inspection, filtration, and documentation of solutions used in the production of drug‑loaded polymer microspheres.
+ Prepare solutions by accurately weighing, mixing, heating, cooling, sampling, and filtering materials according to established procedures.
