Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Microsoft System Administrator who can join a team and manage and maintain Windows Server environments, keeping systems patched, updated, and running smoothly. A big part of their day involves automating routine tasks with PowerShell or other scripting tools to streamline operations. They will be tasked with handling disaster recovery planning, backups, and storage administration to ensure data is protected and always available. Additionally, they will deploy and support enterprise applications, manage SSO and identity integrations with Active Directory and cloud services, and work with both Azure and VMware to maintain virtual and cloud infrastructure. This individual will keep up with security by monitoring vulnerabilities, applying best practices, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
