Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Functional Consultant

The core challenge is to help design, configure, document, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that support better customer service, field service, sales, marketing, and operational workflows.

You will work with stakeholders to understand business processes, convert requirements into scalable CRM designs, support full project delivery, and ensure solutions align with broader enterprise architecture and Microsoft best practice. This is not just a configuration role — it requires someone who can facilitate workshops, advise stakeholders, document solutions clearly, work across delivery teams, and help maintain a reliable CRM blueprint for the future.

Profile for Success

The strongest candidates will be able to show evidence of:

• 4–6 years of Dynamics 365 CRM consulting and implementation experience.
