Responsibilities

• Deliver official Microsoft courseware in live, instructor‑led formats
• Train enterprise professionals on Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AI/Copilot tools
• Design and adapt training content to match diverse enterprise audience needs
• Guide learners through hands‑on labs, exercises, and real‑world use case scenarios
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback aligned with Microsoft certification pathways
• Stay current with the latest Microsoft product updates and certification changes
• Collaborate with curriculum and delivery teams to ensure training quality

Requirements

• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status
• Minimum 2 relevant Microsoft certifications in your area of expertise
• Experience working with Azure Labs
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments
