Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Manage other cloud platforms and internal applications, including Google Workspace, Cloud Platform, Slack.
• Optimize internal processes through the design, analysis, testing, and implementation of new automation and platform solutions in Power Platform and Azure DevOps.
• Design, implement and manage identity and access management solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 and identity operations.
• Perform disaster recovery planning, risk assessment, and contingency planning for Microsoft 365 and other cloud platform workloads.
• Recommend process, tooling, and platform improvements to increase efficiency, security, and reliability.
