**Job Overview**
We are seeking a hands-on **Manager** **Cost Controller / FP&A Analyst** to drive cost transparency, financial planning, and profitability improvement within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to analyze manufacturing costs, monitor budget performance, improve costing accuracy, and identify opportunities to optimize margins. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing costing expertise, preferably from the **Electronics or Automotive industry** , with a deep understanding of BOM, inventory valuation, standard costing, and production cost structures
