Mexico Safety And Security Manager (Xico) (Valle de Chalco Solidaridad)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety and loss prevention management of NSC distribution warehouses and all LMS delivery sites in Mexico.
• Familiar with local Mexican laws and regulations on safety, fire protection and warehousing to ensure compliance.
• Establish and implement the company's safety management system (mechanical safety, electrical safety, construction operations, etc.), loss prevention process, and risk control measures to prevent safety and loss prevention accidents.
• Organize safety training, emergency drills and handle safety incidents, independently complete the accident investigation report and implement safety improvements.
• Supervise the security team and conduct regular inspections of warehouses and delivery sites.
• Accept occasional business trips within Mexico to support safety management at various LMS sites.
