Mexico Payroll Analyst (Guadalajara)

Overview

Location: Guadalajara or Mexico City first. Able to go into one of the offices as needed but minimum one day a week.

What You’ll Do

This role requires accurate processing, recording, and collecting payroll data, ensuring that all work hours, benefits, and statutory and voluntary deductions are logged and implemented accurately.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing
• Provide accurate payroll processes for an assigned group and ensure payroll compliance
• Perform daily operations by calculating, controlling, and issuing pay slips, and correcting pay discrepancies
• Process manual off-cycle checks, align with company policies and procedures and payroll tax regulations
• Tax payments as well as reconciliations
