We are seeking a skilled Metrologist to perform essential tasks related to preventative maintenance, calibration, and qualification of laboratory instruments. This role ensures adherence to cGMP standards to support laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will assist with instrument maintenance and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and maintain a master Preventive Maintenance/Calibration schedule.
+ Plan, execute, and review instrument calibration/qualification activities as per the calibration master plan.
+ Draft and review procedures for instrument operation, maintenance, and calibration.
+ Initiate change controls for new and existing instruments and procedures.
+ Document all raw data and observations in applicable documents.
+ Notify supervisors of any anomalous or out-of-control results, and inform management of any observations or dev...
