Join our dynamic team where you will start in the grinding department, utilizing a hand grinder to smooth out rough edges and achieve a polished metal finish. You will have the opportunity to cross-train in basic fabrication, cutting metal to length with precision using a tape measure, and engaging in tasks such as brake pressing, spot welding, buffing, and racking for paint. You will also assist in other departments, including assembly, packaging, and paint, as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Smooth out rough edges and polish metal using a hand grinder.
+ Cross-train in basic fabrication tasks, such as cutting metal to length.
+ Utilize brake press, spot welding, and buffing techniques.
+ Assist in other departments like assembly, packaging, and painting as necessary.
