Role Overview: Metal Fabrication Operator (2nd Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity (eligible for permanent hire at 90 days). Training takes place on 1st shift (7 AM – 3 PM) for 2–4 weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift, which includes a $1.75/hr shift differential.

Key Qualifications

  Education & Experience: HS diploma /GED required and 3+ years in a production environment (smaller plant experience preferred); experience with seal products is a plus.

  Fabrication Skills: Strong background in press operation/setup, die forming, roll forming, and welding strongly desired.

  Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints/job instructions and use basic measuring too...
