- **Key responsibilities**:
- Assist the Cook in meal preparation, serving and galley duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in galley, mess rooms and pantries
- Clean and tidy accommodation, alleyways and common areas
- Handle garbage segregation and disposal as per vessel procedures
- Assist with stock control and proper storage of food and provisions
- Support safe working practices and follow all shipboard instructions
- **Requirements**:
- Previous experience as Messman or similar role at sea, preferably on tankers
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness as per flag and company standards
- Must have valid US Visa
- Must be experience Messman in different nationality - Indian, European, Malaysian, PH
- Good command of English for shipboard communication
