Overview

Senior Specialist, Messaging Services, applies a wide range of theories and principles to identify customer needs and to manage and support systems. Provides steady-state support to the email and collaboration infrastructure, on-call responsibilities, escalations, critical issues, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Expert knowledge in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, security and compliance within the M365 ecosystem, Power Platform administration, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
