Tasks
- Gather requirements, analyse challenges/risks, define mitigation actions
- Create documentation (process flow visions, traceability matrices)
- Design, update and review:
- MBRs (Master Batch Records)
- ESPs
- GMBRs
- PVLs
- PMBRs
- Build standard libraries for processes
- Maintain and update master data and BOMs
- Ensure MES consistency and quality compliance
Shift Requirements
- 3-shift coverage:
- 06:00-14:00
- 14:00-22:00
- 22:00-06:00
- Sunday 22:00 - Friday 22:00 operations
- Premiums:
- +25% night & weekend shifts
- +50% Sundays/public holidays
