In this role, you’ll become an important partner for our merchants. You’ll work closely with both new and existing partners, making sure they feel confident using our solutions and that their feedback helps shape the way we work.

**1. Merchant Support**:
- Resolve inquiries and report technical incidents according to company procedures.
- Collect and report merchant feedback to internal teams.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining work instructions and documentation.
- Monitor merchant satisfaction and suggest improvements.

- Lead and facilitate merchant meetings and training sessions (both online and on‑site when needed).
