Merchant- Brand Merchandising

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Monday-Thursdays. Can work remotely from home on Fridays.)

Role Overview

This role focuses on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go-to-Market strategies, and product management activities. The primary objective is to develop and manage merchandised assortments that align with consumer needs, differentiate the brand in the marketplace, and drive incremental growth. The position involves finalizing assortment plans and ensuring the category vision is successfully implemented at the retail level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure merchandised assortments allow for appropriate market segmentation and differentiation.
  • Finalize all category assortment plans, resolving issues related to flow, pricing, and distribution.
