Merchant Acquiring Portfolio Management & Insights Executive

- This position is responsible for the handling and reporting of data and for conducting analyses (qualitative and quantitative) to identify trends variations patterns and insights relating to the performance of Payment Services issuers acquirers and merchants.
- Develop KPI frameworks to track team-specific and overall performance dashboards and communicate effectively to all departments and stakeholders.
- Develop merchant customer life-cycle management framework for all small merchants with GAV less than 2m AED in order to improve the key KPIs of activation rate GAV/customer profit/customer
- Track inactive and dormant merchants as well as inactive and dormant terminals to come up
with offers bundles and campaigns to improve the desired KPIs.

- Perform merchant portfolio insights and behavioral analysis on both small and mid-large size merchants share the same with product team and sales teams
