Merchandising & Receiving Specialist

TJ Maxx in Colombia is hiring to support receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will work with a team to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service.

Responsibilities include guiding merchandise flow, tagging and stocking, and collaborating with the Coordinator on Duty to optimize store operations and customer satisfaction.
