Merchandising Manager, SEAO

As RTW & Shoes Merchandising Manager, SEAO , you will define and execute the regional merchandising strategy for Ready-to-Wear and Shoes across SEAO. You will curate commercially relevant assortments that balance global direction with local market needs, driving sustainable business growth and maximizing category performance.

Working closely with HQ and cross‑functional regional teams, you will lead buying, merchandise planning, inventory optimization, product launches, commercial performance analysis, and competitors’ analysis. This role reports directly to the Merchandising Director, SEAO.
