Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and uphold AEO Brand visual merchandising standards
• Train and coach the floorset team for optimal execution
• Own daily merchandising tasks and sell-through adjustments
• Ensure a culture of recognition and celebrate team successes
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to AEO policies
Requirements:
• Strong retail merchandising experience and skills
