Merchandising Executive (Allocator) - Junior/Fresh Grad

Responsibilities

• Working closely with merchandising, operations, inventory, VM, marketing, & warehouse team as well as brand
• Responsible for weekly replenishment & new stock/ repeats orders allocation as & when new stock arrives
• Responsible for monitoring stock holding of each store to prevent shortages or overstock and help manage inventory flow.
• Consolidate monthly defective file & send to principal by keeping inventory inform for their follow-up of credit note
• Prepare Monthly or Bi-Weekly Best & Worst Sellers by category
• To control and distribute shoe care & paper bag inventory
• Prepare Masterfile template for seasonal launch
• In-charge of Promotion or Markdown setup.
• Market & store visits to understand competitor, market trend & customer needs
