As a Merchandising Assistant , provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory processes of merchandise. Assist in providing item information to be presented in buying sessions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within time frame. Prepare and maintain various sales reports.
- Manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders to be forwarded to accounting for documentation.
- Responsible for the analysis of sales and inventory based from the system and actual supplies, if needed.
