Who are we looking for:

As a Merchandising Assistant , provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise. Assist in providing item information to be presented in buying sessions.

• Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within time frame. ∙ Prepare and maintain various sales reports.
• Manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders to be forwarded to accounting for documentation.
• Responsible for the analysis of sales and inventory based from the system and actual supplies, if needed.
