Order Management & Coordination

• Manage export orders from initial inquiry through final shipment
• Coordinate between buyers, production teams, suppliers, and quality departments
• Prepare and maintain Time & Action (TNA) plans to ensure on-time delivery
• Track production progress and provide regular updates to buyers and management

Product Development & Sampling

• Develop samples according to buyer specifications and requirements
• Coordinate proto samples, fit samples, size set samples, and production samples
• Ensure sample approval process is completed within specified timelines
• Work closely with design and technical teams for product development

Sourcing & Procurement

• Source and procure fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for best pricing and quality
