Initiate and/or respond to customer inquiries regarding grain origination, bids, grade reporting, accounting, hours, contract status, etc. in a manner that exceeds the customer’s expectations.
Maintain relationships with elevators, farmers, livestock producers, feed mills; and meet/exceed Commercial goals.
