End-to-End Development:
Lead the sampling process from initial fabric sourcing through to final production-ready samples.
Commercial Negotiation:
Manage vendor relationships and lead cost negotiations to meet business KPIs and margin targets.
Timeline Management:
Own the production 'critical path' to ensure on-time shipments and resolve any manufacturing bottlenecks.
Operational Excellence:
Utilise PLM systems and advanced Excel to provide accurate data tracking and process optimisation.
