Merchandiser Assistant

Key Responsibilities: - Assist the merchandising team with order processing and customer requirements
- Liaise with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Track orders, deliveries, and production timelines
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and merchandising documentation
- Coordinate fabric, trims, branding, and garment specifications
- Follow up on customer queries, amendments, and approvals
- Maintain accurate records of stock, samples, and product information
- Assist with planning and monitoring production schedules
- Support with costing, range development, and product administration
- Ensure all orders are aligned with quality and delivery standards Minimum Requirements: - Previous experience in a merchandising, clothing, textile, or manufacturing support role advantageous
