Merchandise Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop sales, stock, margin, OTB and inventory plans for Women's and Men's categories
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities to drive commercial performance
• Monitor sales performance, inventory productivity, and replenishment requirements
• Partner with Buying teams to align assortment and inventory strategies
• Execute pricing, promotional, markdown, and clearance strategies
• Coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain for timely product deliveries
• Prepare and present trading and performance analyses for decision-making
• Support Merchandise Planning transformation initiatives and system enhancements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Merchandise Financial Planning
• Experience in Fashion retail preferred (Beauty retail considered)
