Merchandise Manager Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Merchandise Manager to lead sourcing and product development across Hardgoods and Textile categories. The role will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, driving product development, ensuring quality and compliance, and delivering commercially viable products aligned with US discount retailer's requirements. The candidate needs to have a close eye to products, pricing and understanding of US discount retail business. Needs to be able to lead and drive team with growth mindset. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with global buying teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver on timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
