MEP Technician

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Technician
- Background in Facilities Management (FM) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical diploma or certification in an MEP-related field
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical panels, lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, and pumps
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals
- Ensure all work complies with FM standards and safety regulations
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
