Responsibilities
Day-to-day onsite field supervision of MEP construction activities, third party vendors, and contractors. Maintain project schedule and proactively manage the project budget by owning approvals and deliveries, controlling expenses, and reviewing submittal data. Evaluate MEP related change orders, change estimates and corresponding logs. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. Collaborate with internal Project Managers, Design Managers and Development Managers.
