In the high-stakes environment of Lock & Key (Turnkey) projects , the Senior MEP-PHE Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Public Health Engineering) is the technical strategist responsible for the building’s life-support systems. While Finishing provides the skin of the project, the PHE and MEP systems provide the functionality.

On a turnkey project, the Key cannot be handed over if there is a single leak, a noisy pipe, or a drainage foul-up. The Senior PHE Manager ensures that the water supply, fire suppression, and sanitation systems are engineered to a Five-Star standard, integrated invisibly into luxury finishes, and fully commissioned for immediate, trouble-free occupancy.
