The role

• QA/QC Manager, permanent, based in Hamina
• Full ownership of quality across a major data centre construction project
• Working directly with a leading General Contractor
• €100k+ package, negotiable depending on experience

What they need

• Proven QA/QC management experience on large‑scale construction – data centre or mission‑critical background strongly preferred
• Comfortable running quality systems across MEP and CSA packages
• Able to hold contractors to account on a fast‑moving, high‑spec build
• Fluent English essential
