MEP QAQC Inspector Plumbing HVAC

Job Description: MEP QA/QC Inspector – Plumbing & HVAC (Contract 6 Months) – Dubai

Work Schedule: 60 hours/Week

Preferred Experience: Snagging / DE snagging experience; Experience on Villas projects

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspection and Testing
   • Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical and plumbing installations to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.
   • Schedule and witness regular testing of MEP systems, including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.
   • Document and report any nonconformities or discrepancies found during inspections.
2. Quality Assurance and Control
   • Implements applicable QA/QC procedures and checklists for MEP systems.
   • Ensure that all MEP installations comply with project requirements and industry standards.
   • Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship used in MEP installations.
