MEP Estimation Manager - Tendering & Cost Optimization

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Estimation Manager – MEP for a leading MEP contracting company in Dubai. You will lead the preparation and review of cost estimates and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in MEP estimation, with strong knowledge of systems and tendering processes, and proficiency in relevant software.

This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, along with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
