A growing company is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience with plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler, and building systems, along with strong knowledge of NYC DOB processes and objections.
Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate MEP systems for commercial and residential projects
- Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and specifications
- Handle DOB filings, approvals, and objections
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, expeditors, and project teams
- Ensure projects comply with NYC building codes and regulations
