The Opportunity
Our client, an established M&E contractor, is opening a new branch in Warrington to serve the North-West and they are looking for the person who will lead that expansion commercially. You would be the tip of the spear: building the regional pipeline, opening the relationships and establishing the business’s presence and reputation in a market where it is not yet a known name.
The advantage is that you would not be selling a start-up. The business has been trading since the early 2000s, works with some of the UK’s largest main contractors, and has a delivery track record strong enough that repeat business accounts for more than 75% of annual turnover. That is a genuinely unusual figure in M&E contracting, and it means you would be going to market with something that demonstrably works, rather than a promise.
It is a senior appointment with real autonomy and visible impact.
