MEP BIM Lead
Location: Liverpool Street, London (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Contractor Benefits
An established and growing building services contractor is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Lead to join its London-based team. Located close to Liverpool Street, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled BIM professional to take ownership of the coordination and delivery of complex MEP projects from design through to construction and handover.
Working closely with project teams, consultants, architects, and specialist subcontractors, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving BIM excellence, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with client BIM requirements.
