MENA Early-Career Engineering Growth Program

Halliburton invites engineering graduates to join its MENA Early Career Engineering Program, an 18-month, structured development track designed to prepare high-potential grads for technical and operational roles within Halliburton’s PSLs across the Middle East and North Africa.

Participants gain hands-on experience through structured technical training, field exposure, mentorship, and cross-functional learning while working with seasoned professionals on real business projects.
