THE GIG
DivaDance helps adults build confidence and community through fun, pop-music-inspired dance classes. We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is excited to help us inspire confidence and build community while growing our membership base.
This is a sales-first role where you'll also serve as the on-site representative for DivaDance during your assigned classes. You'll welcome clients, build relationships, guide prospective members toward the right membership, and help ensure every client leaves feeling celebrated, connected, and excited to come back.
What You'll Do:
+ Welcome clients, check them in, and create a warm, organized class experience
+ Connect with clients before and after class to learn about their goals and experiences
