Officer (Membership)
A key role in delivering excellent membership services and building strong relationships with our members. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, administration, and creating positive member experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Membership Administration & Customer Service- Manage daily membership enquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in interactions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, account statuses, and member information within the Customer Management System (CMS).
- Process account service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Follow up on new membership applications and membership renewals.
- Contact prospective members to promote membership benefits and convert enquiries into successful sign-ups.
