YPO is searching for a Membership Development Manager to partner with YPO Chapter leaders to develop recruitment and growth strategies for their chapters. Membership Development Managers are subject matter experts on membership recruitment, they consult, advise, educate and provide resources and tools to our chapters to aid in their growth. Membership Development Managers are also guides to prospective members through their YPO application process. The Membership Development Manager will support the Canada region.

Well qualified candidates will have worked in account management, association management, membership management, recruitment or HR, fundraising, or anything with heavy stakeholder relationship management for at least 3 years. Experience managing relationships w/ C-level executives is highly valuable....
