Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required
- Previous Melting experience required
- Two years coreless induction furnace experience
- Charge/raw material calculations.
- Casting experience as a Ladle man is essential including rebuilding ladles
- A minimum of 5 years experience on the Melt deck
- Good communication skills
Minimum Education & Experience required
- Grade 12 preferred
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role is essential
- Proficient in English
